Empire Mine State Historic Park is hosting three family focused events to promote the Adventure Pass program. Empire Mine is one of nineteen state parks who are participating in this pilot program which allows fourth graders and their families to get into the park for free. The park is hosting themed events designed to encourage families to come to the park and learn something new together through hands-on activities. Parents are required to obtain their Adventure Pass prior to coming into the park. During these events, visitors are welcome to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy in the park.
