Save the Date – September 26, 2020 – for the 23rd Annual Cleanup
Thank you to our entire community of river volunteers for helping make the 2019 Cleanup a success. We couldn’t remove 32,500 pounds of trash and recycling from 84 miles of the Yuba and Bear watersheds without the help of more than 900 dedicated volunteers.

The Yuba River Cleanup is the largest of its kind in the Sierra. Covering 80-90 miles of waterways, this major community effort requires time, energy and resources.
Join our volunteers, staff, and board who are helping us raise $15,000 to keep the Yuba River Cleanup going strong. Ask your friends and family to help the Yuba from afar. If you volunteered, have them give in honor of your day of service.
Join the Clean-a-thon today! Create a team and have fun! Win prizes!
Hosted, planned, and coordinated annually by South Yuba River Citizens League (SYRCL), happening for 23+ years. This event cleans up over 80 miles along the Yuba River. CASP coordinates and assists at the Park owned properties/crossings that are part of the 30 cleanup sites, by recruiting Park staff and volunteers to help in this community endeavor.
